I will be traveling for the next three days (I have a bad Kansas Jayhawks basketball habit) and so I want to give you some extra credit tutorials to watch while I’m gone. I’ve not watched every minute of every video of these but sometimes cross training is great. Right? I have heard enough that I am confident these tutorials will keep you on track, give you other things to think about and keep you on course to building careers worth having, businesses worth owning and lives worth living.

SIMPLE Blog Sites to Study
I love how these real estate sites interact, look and are basically simple. You could work towards these without too much trouble. Remember, this is a process not an overnight project.
NOTE: Jay is the author of Phoenix Real Estate Guy. He was one of the earliest of pioneers in the field. I’ve sat and had a couple beers with him years ago. Study his blog. Follow him on twitter. He’s a master of social media. Note how simple his site is. (You don’t have to have an internal MLS finder unless you choose to. You can link to your website version.)

Dig in and look around and learn. Learning and building your own real estate website requires some creativity, discipline to write and work and a whole lot of education. But it’s not rocket science. Have fun with the process. You’re going to get frustrated now and again but those are opportunities, not road blocks.
Have a business. Have a life.
